Welcome to what may be the most powerful health and lifestyle program that you have ever participated in. It is part of the healthy lifestyle program I was taught my one of the most remarkable human beings I have ever met, Lou Corona. At age 70 years young, he looks like he is in his early forties and has the vitality of someone in their thirties. His strength and power is remarkable even though he has not been to a gym for fifty one years! His secret to health, youthfulness and vitality is his lifestyle of eating a “Raw Plant Base Diet” for the past forty nine years. However, that is only a small part of the story. When Lou was 21 years in age, he became very sick with many chronic health problems including a massive tumor in the back of his head. You can also refer it to the science of Epigenetic, the study of cell and gene expression in accordance to the internal environment we create by our words, beliefs, thoughts, and actions. All disease is a by product or effect of the absence of “Cellular Integrity” or the absence of “Cellular Communication”.

Cellular Environment
We take a close look on the type of water to drink, how to enhance our knowledge and experience in drawing the earths energy from grounding and how important it is the take care of the largest organ in the body, the epidermis, our skin.

Cellular Exercise
You will learn the three most important types of cellular exercises to incorporate into your daily routine that are low impact and high in performance that helps produce cellular health, cellular integrity and cellular communication.

Cellular Nutrition
We explain the importance of Enzymes, the role they play in plants as well as in our physical body. We show three main meals to incorporate into your diet that are easy to make, helps create cellular integrity and taste fantastic.
